What we collect

Your email address (to log you in and send receipts).
The brand details you type in (business name, what you sell, colours, voice).
The photos you upload and the images and captions made from them.
Your credit balance and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
A small device cookie, so the 3 free credits can only be claimed once per device.

Higgsfield makes the enhanced image from your photo. Under Higgsfield’s terms, uploaded content and results may be used by Higgsfield to train and improve its AI models.
OpenAI (or Anthropic) checks your photo before an AI style is used (to keep faces and unsafe photos out) and writes your captions from the finished image and your brand details.
Stripe processes payments.

Some of these companies are overseas (for example in the United States).

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don’t upload photos of people who haven’t agreed to be posted.
Ask us at content@pinleadstudio.com to see, fix or delete your details and images. Deleting your account removes your photos and posts from our server.

When you scan a venue’s card and send a photo, we keep the photo, your first name (if you give it), the table number (if you give it) and your answers to the tick boxes. We don’t ask for your email or phone, and you don’t need an account.
Only that venue sees your photo. They may share it on their social pages because you said yes. If you asked, they thank you by first name.
Every photo is checked by OpenAI (or Anthropic) to keep unsafe photos out and to spot children, and the same service writes the venue’s caption. Your photo is not changed by AI and is not sent to Higgsfield.
Photos showing a child are held for the venue to check and are only shared with a parent’s OK. Unsafe photos are deleted straight away.
All Scan & Share photos are deleted from our server after 90 days. Anything the venue already posted stays on their own social pages; ask them to take it down, or email content@pinleadstudio.com and we’ll ask them for you.
