Terms: Social Image Studio
- Credits. 1 credit makes 1 image attempt. If an image fails to make, the credit is returned automatically. Captions are free. Credits from one-off packs don’t expire. Social Image Studio Pro credits are for that month only and don’t roll over.
- Payments. Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not yet registered for GST, so no GST is charged; once we are, prices will be plus GST and we’ll show that before you pay. When you choose a one-tap offer after checkout, it is charged to the card you just used. You can cancel Social Image Studio Pro at any time; it stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Refunds. Because you see real images straight away, sales are final, except where Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a refund. If we refund a purchase, unused credits from it are removed.
- Your images. You own the images and captions made for you. You are responsible for what you publish.
- AI images. Images are enhanced from your own photo with AI and carry an “Enhanced with AI” label. Don’t remove labels where the law or a platform requires them, and don’t present an AI image as an untouched photo where that would mislead customers.
- What you mustn’t do. Upload photos you don’t have the right to use, photos of people without their permission, or anything unlawful, hateful or sexual. Don’t use the Studio to make fake reviews, fake customers or misleading claims.
- No guarantees. The Studio doesn’t post for you and doesn’t guarantee likes, followers or sales.
- Changes. We may change these terms; we’ll tell you by email before a change affects credits you’ve already bought.
